Founder & Managing Partner

Mike directs the firm’s global initiatives, with extensive experience in international business diplomacy and advisory work. Over his career, he has collaborated with US, Latin American and Arabian Gulf leaders to advance investment, innovation, and cross-border cooperation.

Dr. Patricia Jane Tod

Partner, Global Innovation

Dr. Tod brings expertise in international development, education, and strategic communications. She has led strategic deployment and innovation initiatives across the Americas and Europe with companies including Textron, Pfizer, and Titleist. Today, she spearheads programs that unite global stakeholders around sustainability, leadership, and innovation.

Paul Donato

Associate

Paul has served as CTO and board member of IBOPE SA the leading research company throughout Latin America. For 17 years he served as Chief Research Officer of the Nielsen company overseeing all media and consumer research globally across 106 countries in Africa, Australia, Asia, Europe, North America and South America. He served as Senior Research Advisor to the Future State Committee of the National Air and Space Museum.

David Melanson

Associate

David Melanson has a background in operations and project coordination, helping bring structure and follow-through to complex initiatives. He brings practical experience and a steady, hands-on approach to his work with Churchill Lincoln Partners.
